What we do — and what we don't
- We do ask contractors to agree to our network terms before they can receive requests — but we don't independently verify every license or insurance policy, so please confirm those yourself before hiring.
- We do keep the service free for homeowners to use. Contractors cover the cost of the introduction, not you.
- We don't perform the work ourselves or supervise it. Your agreement, if you make one, is with the contractor directly.
- We don't lock you in. Comparing quotes doesn't obligate you to hire anyone.
